Thy did the permanent eyeliner for me. She is AMAZING. She spent time discussing the colours, the process, what to expect and how to care for the skin following the procedure. She was gentle, thorough and didn't stop until she was completely satisfied with her work. Never did I feel she was rushing or careless. She was professional. Her prices are un-matched.
