They have a very strict policy that you need to purchase before you try it on. Honestly it is a shame cause they do have a nice range. Pricing is bit more on the expensive end for the same quality that I have seen compared to other ao dai shops in Cabramatta. Customer service as mentioned in the reviews with others, I agree - They are rude. I have witnessed and overheard a child being fat shamed when actually she is not. Thankfully I did not bring my kids, it would be very disheartening to hear a comment like that.

I had my bridal ao dai customised with Hoang Anh her customer service was great, good price and beautiful hand beaded design on it. It was done earlier then expected. Love my bridal dress. Thank you Hoang Anh

I absolutely loveeee my Vietnamese Ao Dai ao much. So many people complimented my ao dai and named me best dress haha It was last minute and was tailored at the arms and length by the owner for pick up next day, which was great for my last minute decision. I had another ao dai I was going to wear but didn’t think it would be great for the wedding I was attending. I walked past this little shop in the arcade and saw so many lovely ao dai on display.
