I have been receiving treatments here for 18 months. I can’t say enough about the warm and caring staff, both the front desk and the nurses (Heather, Christine, Alison, Summer, Jess, Sam….Just to name a few) At the worst part of my cancer treatment when I was nearly in tears from the side effects of chemo the nurses treated me with compassion and took the greatest care with me. What class A Care every appointment. Dr Seeri is a rare Gem and I trust her judgment in every stage of the treatment Not to mention the staff of nurses amd administrative Is wonderful and so helpful to get me the answers and appointments needed . You make this nightmare a little easier to deal with. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I would give them zero stars if I could. It took 2 days for them to figure out how to schedule an infusion, and then they sent the patient to one location and the infusion to the other location. When the patient showed up where they were scheduled, they asked if the patient had brought their own infusion. They are dealing with people's lives and acting like clowns. This is unacceptable. I do NOT recommend this place if you have any other options. They need to get their act together and fast.
Every person from the receptionist, scheduler, nurses, cleaning staff, etc. have been so kind and supportive! Scheduling has been easy, the nurses really cater to you while there. It just feels like a warm place to be.
