If I could leave zero stars or better yet a negative number of stars to truly represent how I feel about this business it would be more accurate. Took our pretty straight forward taxes over that I had organized with like items together and already totaled the medical, donations, etc., and THREE WEEKS later not a word from their office. Personally went in to see what was going on and front desk girl seemed lost. Keith Chapman came out asking what was going on and when told he said he'd get right on them. If I could rate him a zero I would. We used Jerry Hoadley for years and loved him. Gave this guy a chance and had to file an extension and go with a different cpa who actually got our straight forward taxes done. The women answering the phone calls would flat out lie over and over. The excuses were ridiculous! Do Not go here!!
We used Jerry Hoadley for years and loved him, so thought we'd give the guy who bought him out a chance. Made an appointment for February, as we like to get our taxes taken care of early. After meeting with Keith, we heard nothing from them. As the deadline approached, we started calling. They kept promising they would have them done. Finally they told us they had filed an extension.
