Y’all just hang up when you answer the phone, honestly find that funny considering that’s your job. Apparently you don’t get paid enough lol
If you have a different option for a pharmacy I would use it . I have been using this pharmacy for a very long time and they just keep going down hill . My meds were set to automatic refill and I wouldn't get them . They said it would be fixed and it wouldn't be. I would go without meds at times which would cause withdrawals. They would have me stocked up other months . It is ridiculous. I have called meds in to pick up knowing I wouldn't get them in time and they would mail them even when they were set to pick up .
