I had a membership and was excited to use it. The facility is in fact good. I found out that unfortunately they don't keep good business hours. They closed most days at 7pm and if you work late you can't fit in a workout. So, I cancelled my membership. They then charged me for an extra month. I spoke with them, they admitted their mistake and said they'd give me a refund. No refund came. I've emailed, called, talked in person. I'm SO disappointed. In addition to a lot of closures (i.e., Easter "weekend" was a four day shut down including Monday) the steam room in the women's locker breaks down a LOT. I have a treadmill at home. But I use theirs because I go there exclusively for the steam room after my treadmill workout. That means that FIFTY PERCENT of the equipment I use is broken.
