Yes, the branch and Bowling Green has very ignorant people there Bree and the woman named Mary Beth are very unexperienced. Don’t know how either one of them got your positions. They all suck at your job, but you gotta remember where you live. It’s a small town so don’t expect too much Knowledge in this town.
I have always had great service here and appreciate the extra effort by the staff to resolve any concerns related to my account.
Everyday there is something wrong with the app, and every Sunday I'm told I have NFS in my account and can't use my card to buy nothing at all tell after midnight. The first two times this happened I was like okay just got to fix something on there end. But nope it's every Sunday this happens and it's getting really old.
