Everyday there is something wrong with the app, and every Sunday I'm told I have NFS in my account and can't use my card to buy nothing at all tell after midnight. The first two times this happened I was like okay just got to fix something on there end. But nope it's every Sunday this happens and it's getting really old.
Rude staff and had to take my ssn??? to cash a check from my parents from their bank account? I felt like they profiled me it seemed really racist and would never do business there. What a nasty place.
The cashiers are rude and judgmental, especially Mary-beth. The branch manager spoke to my husband and I both like children while we were having financial hardships. I do not recommend the bowling green branch at all, the other branches we never had an issue with. We ended up leaving the bank because of their poor customer service.
Thank you so much for making our grandson's Easter weekend awesome! The two wonderful lady's at the Bowling Green branch gave him an Easter egg he just loved. You don't get this quality customer service in the big cities anymore!
