I prefer the Riverside Branch in St Joseph!! I needed printouts of statements and they charged me $65 for them when I went in to see about getting them nothing was said about charging for them and the lady acted like I was putting her out by asking for them.
The ladies who work In the Savannah branch are rude and very disrespectful I will be closing and moving all of my accounts to Nodaway Vally Bank.
