Wasted a week of my time. Very unprofessional, would not recommend him.
I'm a lawyer in Winnipeg and refer people in the Selkirk area to Andrew. He does good work at reasonable rates, very friendly guy (and so is the entire office team).

Time for a honest blunt review from the looks of it! Worst experience ever, lawyer states he is there to witness and transfer land documents only! very unhelpful is to put it in the nicest way I can.. Found out through realtor there is so many others that do more work for the same price. use anyone but Andrew and his associates. He was very unhelpful and sure seems to throw the codes at you and respond more for the seller, while there are so many broken parts on our end, who does he work for??
