Excellent customer service!
Came for a charging port replacement, we discussed my screen protector being cracked and how she would even have to mess with it. After the repair, I get in my car an notice my actual screen is now shattered where it wasn’t before. I can only assume that this was done with the intention of having me come back for a much more expensive screen repair. I will be getting my screen replaced, but it will not be done there. Might leave with a something else messed up. 0/10.
Wonderful service! Came in to get an iphone xs max fixed, my phone screen was black and wouldn't work. She told me it would cost 125 for the phone screen to be replaced, I was to wait an hour. I came back and it was absolutely spotless! She gave me a screen protector, case, and a back glass protector to cover the exposed coil on my back since I couldn't afford it at the time.
