Took my iPhone XR a month or 2 ago and they charged $80 for a screen for it to completely fall apart into 2 pieces when dropped once. Never dropped an iPhone one time and the whole screen and battery separate. Quick service but doesn't last long.
I have taken many items to be repaired here and they have always been quick and kind. Such a great experience every time!!!
Excellent customer service!
Came for a charging port replacement, we discussed my screen protector being cracked and how she would even have to mess with it. After the repair, I get in my car an notice my actual screen is now shattered where it wasn’t before. I can only assume that this was done with the intention of having me come back for a much more expensive screen repair. I will be getting my screen replaced, but it will not be done there. Might leave with a something else messed up. 0/10.
