If you want to get laughed at degradingly by a dude with strawberry blonde long hair for asking if they have any pokemon cards then definitely recommend this place. That was so humiliating. The manager apologised but his behaviour and treatment towards me was humiliating. I also bought headphones thwre for 30£ two weeks ago. Theyre already broken. So upset honestly that was horrible.
Lucy was super helpful with doing an exchange for a damaged record that I had ordered online. Always like coming to this HMV because the staff are great!
