Waited 2 hours to get the keys to this place. They don’t seem to have any lawn equipment EVER! And they are sooooo slow with their move in brief. They do things one by one, yet there’s atleast 10 people here working at a time.
Slow to action maintenance requests but quick to issue you a upcharged bill. Don’t stay here
Moved in and there was rat poop in my pantry. This is gross
Called the community center to put in a lawn mower request before heading on TDY for a month months. Not only did they not cut my grass but they’re also trying to charge me more since my grass got bigger over time. They suck
