Do yourself a favor and use another hard money lender. 27 years in the industry this is by far the worst company I have ever used. 3 months to close two simple new construction and rehab loans. First draw they want to argue and send over less than half the requested amounts. Honestly not worth my time arguing and fighting to try and get funds when there are so many other lenders that keep it simple.
