I am writing to express my severe disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at Team Health - Metropark. I scheduled an appointment for a routine vaccine, expecting a standard turnaround time. As a resident physician, my schedule is extremely demanding; I specifically stepped away from my clinical duties and patient care under the reasonable expectation that a routine shot would take no more than 15 minutes total. Staff was efficient and straight to the point -- especially Marisa (front desk), she was easy and great to work with!
Terrible experience. The receptionist was very rude. I was polite and friendly. Unfortunately I have to come here because I work for the company. But I will try to avoid can't deal with nasty people. She should get fired
Dr tai is very professional and highly educated, she provided a smooth and easy visit. She answered all the questions I had and made me feel much much better. Highly recommend
this place is horrible. i would give them negative stars if i could. god forbid you need anything from here you’re better off just staying home. don’t waste your time driving to this location. they never answer their phone. why does the number prompt you to leave your name and email for medical release forms only for them to never respond and not release anything. front desk is a bunch of clowns that just sit there and do nothing besides eat and use their personal phones. forget about calling them, even though they are fully... read more
