Alexa (Medical Assistant) was so thorough and friendly!
Nasty, lazy, horrible front office. I don’t understand how the same people work here for years and no one audits them. If i could give negative stars i would. They eat, play music, and ignore the existence of anyone that steps foot into the office. Pathetic joke.
My appointment was at 1:30 and got attend almost a hour an A half later. the receptionist in the front with glasses pretended like she didn’t see me until I asked a question then provided no further information until the receptionist to her right helped me. They never pick up but can be on their phone right in front of you. Such ridiculous behaviour for medical workers truly. and it’s ridiculous of me to make an appointment but not me taken at that time.
