this place is horrible. i would give them negative stars if i could. god forbid you need anything from here you’re better off just staying home. don’t waste your time driving to this location. they never answer their phone. why does the number prompt you to leave your name and email for medical release forms only for them to never respond and not release anything. front desk is a bunch of clowns that just sit there and do nothing besides eat and use their personal phones. forget about calling them, even though they are fully... read more
First off wanted to say how AMAZING the CMA was when she handled me- i believe her name was Alexa. Not only was she kind she was also competent and efficient, I didnt have to wait long with her and she made me feel comfortable. On top of that the front desk lady I believe Maribel is also a sweetheart and makes the place feel very welcoming despite the hectic environment from a ton of patients and understaffing
Terrible costumer service, no one picks up the phone
I want to say thank you to the clinical staff , Eddy , Anna and Dr.Thompson for treating me with care and compassion and making sure my concerns did not go unheard.
