Been sitting a lot lately always unloaded first thing in the morning the thing that sucks the most is you have to sit or be laid over for 2 consecutive days to get paid for one same thing with breakdown got this truck in December with 35 miles on it been in the shop 8 times for the same problem with the apu every time you start the apu it breaks and it’s a thermoking and they tell me just idle the truck which effects your bonus and they won’t take that time off the ladies in safety are pretty freaking cool just do your job a... read more
Great company to work for, currently an O/O. Everyone is more like family here. If I leave here it's only because either I'm not driving an 18 anymore or I really screwed up and was let go and in the event that happens I'll probably stop driving because I won't find another company that treats me as well as they do here.
Really don’t like the fact that after hours is pretty much useless at fixing any kind of load problems so you end up sitting around waiting for your dispatcher to come into the office at 8AM Omaha time then you have to try to get through to them then you have to set around and wait for them to fix the problems with the load that shouldn’t have been there in the first place if they made sure to get all info needed for a load.
