A reliable and efficient service from H&M for our home gas boiler for the last three years. Never been messed about, engineers arrives on time every time.
Came out to service boiler (£85), stated pump leak, advised what to replace 3 different parts to fix leak (not the pump), charged £550+ for repair job (they never mentioned the option to replace the whole boiler, so I assumed they were just confident in repairing it). 2 weeks later, there is still a leak at the pump, advised another repair at £300+ to replace pump. Why was the pump not replaced in the first place if that was where it was leaking?!?! Can't trust them anymore...they should have done the repair job right in the... read more
H&m services came to fix my boiler through the week and diagnosed my timeclock was faulty. Very fast efficient service and arrived on time thank you very much again this is what keeps me continuing to use your company
22 October 2025 H&M have serviced gas boiler on number of occasions. Yesterday heating system stopped working. Phoned the company this morning and Mark the engineer had it up and running again in no time, much to my relief. Can't recommend this company highly enough. This was the first time using this company. Engineer attended this afternoon to service my boiler. Arrived promptly and was very pleasant and helpful with any queries I had. Would highly recommend this company and would definitely be using them again.
