On hold for over two hours. They can’t get the figures right. Very worrying as they work with numbers. Issue created by HMRC should have been resolved 4 phone calls ago.
The opening hours on google are incorrect. Also advisors are very unhelpful
Absolutely awful I was waiting for 1 15 minutes then was hung up and left with 0 results and lost of frustration calling the doctors is easier then this they don't give you a number of how many people in queue or anything just tell you your call important then someone will be with you soon and no one ever was

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was stuck on hold for an absurd amount of time with absolutely no indication that anyone would ever answer. The silence, the repetition, and the total lack of support were infuriating. It genuinely feels like HMRC has no regard for people’s time or needs. The system is painfully inefficient, incredibly stressful, and utterly unacceptable. Waiting this long for basic help is beyond frustrating ……..it’s a complete failure of service.
