Trying to contact them one hour before closing and nobody answered
Trying to have a simple query answered on my Tax code. After lots of information of where to go on the web I eventually got to the stage where i was put on hold to be connected to an advisor I have just hung up after 59 minutes as my phone contract starts to charge after an hour . I phoned earlier in the week I got through to an adviser (After half hour) who said let me check it for you then i got cut off. Not a surprise after reading these reviews
On hold for an hour they answered the phone constantly saying hello and they hung up
On the phone for over 2 hours almost hung myself
