Shocking service. The government's are 100% not here to help us
I would put Zero stars!!!!! Sat for 1hr 17 mins listening to that shocking repetitive music and woman's annoying voice to then be told by the same voice, "We cannot deal with your problem right now, Goodbye!" What happened to "You're call is important to us, thanks for holding." Disgusting service!!!
Called 3 times and each time, they hung up the phone after being on a call for over an hour and no resolution. I am due refund and have applied online over 2 months ago and still not received anything. Terrible service!
After speaking to an AI that doesn't work and waiting an hour, the AI put me through to the wrong department and the person on the other end couldn't transfer me to the right person to speak to.
Waited on hold, listening to the annoying music, for 20 minutes - got cut off. Phoned back, currently been holding for 35 minutes and counting... I'll give it another 5 and if they don't pick up, I'm going to the pub. Annoyingly, they owe me, so I need it sorted :-(
