After speaking to an AI that doesn't work and waiting an hour, the AI put me through to the wrong department and the person on the other end couldn't transfer me to the right person to speak to.
Waited on hold, listening to the annoying music, for 20 minutes - got cut off. Phoned back, currently been holding for 35 minutes and counting... I'll give it another 5 and if they don't pick up, I'm going to the pub. Annoyingly, they owe me, so I need it sorted :-(
Was on hold 40 minutes. Which, although frustrating, was fine. Person I got through to asked how they could help. I explained my issue. Then, I assume they muted themselves as I couldn’t hear anything. I kept saying “Hello?” Then, after several minutes, the call ended. Currently back on hold again 👍
Waited 65 minutes then spoke for twenty seconds then got cut off, dreadful incompetence.
