I've been going to Heidi for regular deep tissue work for the past year. Each visit we chat about problems areas and Heidi is excellent at getting those areas to release. Heidi is a warm and welcoming soul. Her studio is relaxing and private. If you are looking for deep tissue massage and/or cupping I would highly recommend Heidi @ HM Massage Therapy.
Heidi is the best massage therapist I've ever worked with, and I've worked with a lot over the years! She is knowledgeable and amazing at deep tissue work. I never feel rushed during my sessions and she always takes the time to check in to be informed about what each sessions focus should be. She's so personable and welcoming, highly recommend!

When I think of Montana, the first thing I’d recommend — even before leaving the airport — is heading straight here for a massage. My body felt unreal for days after her hands worked their magic! Thank you for taking me on such short notice and taking the time to find and release every sore, overworked muscle from all the intense skiing. One of the best bodywork experiences I’ve ever had!
