They use your driver to do 4 to 5 pick ups in NJ for Free and than they have you go to the Terminal in Fredericksburg MD to deliver the pick ups the driver made. (The pick ups you are doing for them they should pay you for it and not do them for Free and they say its all included in the rate) Then they load you with the load that you agreed to take.
