I was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy, and was bracing myself for a long recovery. In addition to taking medicine, I came to see Dr. Ming almost immediately (on day 3), and am now fully recovered less than a month later. It has felt therapeutic to have someone invested in how I'm doing and tracking my progress, and to be in such a calming, positive environment. Love Dr. Shuang Ho. She is gentle but effective with her needles. With other acupuncturists, I found the insertion and adjustment with the needles to be painful, but not with Dr. Ho. I tried to go elsewhere as my insurance is not accepted, but I keep coming back to Dr. Ho as her bedside manners are great, she makes you feel safe and heard, and her treatments are effective.
A tranquil office, competent doctors and solid needling techniques for problems beyond machine and blood tests.
I can't thank Peini Ming enough for the incredible help she provided with my Bell's palsy. My primary care Dr said there was nothing I can do and I have to wait it out to get better, not true. Their expertise and care truly made a difference in my recovery. I highly recommend their services.
My first and second session is awesome and I always looking forward seeing Peini Ming, Acupuncturist, very professional and gentle. Highly recommended. The staff was friendly and efficient. The place is spotless. Thank you.
