Rude & Offensive manager (s), especially the one who works on Fridays, in late morning (taller, brown curly hair woman with glasses and shorter Indian woman). Both were very creepy rushing female shoppers, randomly insulted foreign customers on the 2nd floor, and screamed at several shoppers on the first floor.

Based on the experience of others who reviewed and my own, this store appears to operate under a different return policy than H&M corporate. I ordered an item online and H&M return policy at this time was that I have 30 days to return either in store or mail. This store wouldn't accept my return in that timeframe because they claimed I was outside of 30 days, though they couldn't tell me when the 30 days started and ended.
