My favorite H&M store in my area
A return cap of $200…. Their short sighted business decision has back fired onto them…. I will now exclusively utilize this location for returns so they can never benefit from my business :)
I gave the cashier 50 dollars for a shirt that costed 32 dollars and she only gave me 7 dollars back. i saw her mistakenly put in 20 dollars as the amount she received when it was actually 50. She realized this mistake, and yet she didn't make any changes. She then she gave me 7 dollars and I corrected her last minute saying it should be 18 dollars that I should receive (basic math btw) and she was like "oh sorry i thought you gave me 20 dollars" ??? these employees needs more integrity in their job
