I went to make a return and the sales lady named Moonica told me I cannot only return under $200 worth of merchandise per day. Now I have to come back tomorrow to return one sweater… I contacted customer service and they said each store can have their own policy. I tried to explain that it is a bit of a drive for me to come back next day. Then I aaked for list of stores that do not have that limit. They gave me a number to call. If could I would give this store 0 stars. On Friday Feb 22 me and my child went to this store. We went to the register to pay for the items my daughter decided to buy. Guy ring us up , I swiped my card , we got “sale captured” msg on pos card reader. Everything sims normal. I sled for the receipt, and clark said system frozen and he need to call manager. I don't write reviews but the management & staff at the Willow Grove H&M were exceptionally ill-equipped & unprofessional on Sunday 1/26/25. I presented both a gift receipt and full receipt for 3 items that I received for holiday gift and did not fit. The manager on duty 1/26 refused to honor the return, and insisted she could not process the return unless I could provide the physical credit card (of the person who provided the gift and who lives out of state). Says that the store opens at 10 am, I was here until 10:30 no one opened the store and I saw plenty of staff inside the store. Why do you say that you are open at 10 if no one even plans opening it at this time!? People are busy and plan their schedule according to the information you provide!!! Waisted more than an hour getting here and waiting!!!!!
