I visited H&M at Scottsdale Fashion Square and had a very upsetting experience. The two employees at the register were very dismissive, yet were suddenly friendly and welcoming toward white customers. This difference in treatment made me feel discriminated against and unwelcome. I hope management takes this seriously, because every customer deserves equal courtesy and respect.
