I’ve consistently had poor experiences at this location. Every purchase and return I’ve made has been mishandled—either items were missed during returns, or I was charged twice for returned items. To make matters worse, paulie was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Due to these repeated issues, I will not be shopping here again.
I can’t believe that the pretty looking manager shouted loudly at me in an impatient and insulting way when I was trying to politely pick up what an exceptionally caring H&M hotline staff reserving for me some clothing in this store. The store manager did not listen to me or try to understand what I said, but blame me. Before writing this review, I saw some people also pointed out how rude this manager was. The manager really needs to work on her customer service and go through the store policies as she make exceptions by choice (depends on her mood). Also the way she communicates with her staff in front of customers - damn rude. Please find a better job if you don’t like current one for the sake of business reputation.
The manager she accused me and paid already and she see me in the camera, and I speak with customer service she is very bad, rude with customer, and the employee they don't have any experience for the cashier or how to speak with customer .
