Very bad customer service, manager cussed at my wife for asking follow up questions about returning maternity clothes. Not good when a customer can exercise more patience than employees and management.
Easy to navigate
Worst customer service. The attitude for simply asking basic questions. They won’t match the price from their own H&M app. Ridiculous. It’s better to buy everything online and avoid their bad behavior. Cheaper online and free shipping.
