Pretty sure I've confirmed why this H&M can only secure a location across from Retro Fitness. It's been a while since I've been treated as poorly as I was today. For reference, a couple years ago I tried to return an online order and they insisted it couldn't be returned in store even though the receipt didn't indicate this- they got the manager who was very condescending and I haven't shopped there since then. Terrible!!!! It’s always one thing or another at this location. On my last visit there was no credit card transactions. This is the worst H&M in the entire DMV. And the employees are terrible. They really don’t care about anything.!!!
