Worst customer service. The attitude for simply asking basic questions. They won’t match the price from their own H&M app. Ridiculous. It’s better to buy everything online and avoid their bad behavior. Cheaper online and free shipping.
Pretty sure I've confirmed why this H&M can only secure a location across from Retro Fitness. It's been a while since I've been treated as poorly as I was today. For reference, a couple years ago I tried to return an online order and they insisted it couldn't be returned in store even though the receipt didn't indicate this- they got the manager who was very condescending and I haven't shopped there since then.
