Went here to get pants after years of not shopping with them. Check out the pants around 11am guy named Trey was obviously going through a hard time with the register, checks me out and send me on my way with a understanding I can return/exchange the items like normal. 4 HOURS LATER, I go back after they don’t fit and the Girl and Manager named Kriestin told me no because the items are “discounted” which I was NOT told by Trey. Very bad customer service, manager cussed at my wife for asking follow up questions about returning maternity clothes. Not good when a customer can exercise more patience than employees and management.
