The customer service is truly one of a kind here. But maybe the management is to be blamed for not giving the right training. I bought a pant here and at the checkout they asked for a member email and I didn't have one. The receipt printer wasn't working so basically I got no receipt. What I fail to understand is why can't they look up the transaction I just made 2 seconds ago. Regardless there was 0 effort to help me.
