Very nice and informative
Don’t shop at this location within an hour of closing. They put up a handmade sign across the fitting rooms and kicked everyone out of that area with 40 minutes left before closing. The two young women were very rude about it as well. I understand not wanting to work late but this was during regular business hours. It was baffling and a huge waste of time.
I went to H&M at City Creek tonight. The sign on the door said they closed at 9pm, though one door was locked and the second door a staff member was standing in letting people leave but not enter. I told the staff member I was only buying socks, knew exactly where they were (by the register) and would be in and out. She would not let me in. If the store closes at 8:50pm (when I arrived), they should put that on the sign. Where’s the customer service H&M?
