We went to Sarah after our great accountant moved. She was referred to us so we were excited to do business with her. Initial conversation seemed promising but we were wrong. We were advised she would only be taking online filings which was not a problem. We had to file on her link which was a nightmare. Not accurate at all. When we contacted her for clarification and clarity she completely was dismissive, rude, and advised us she was working on other clients files and that we had to wait for our turn which would be in two w... read more
