If I could give this business less than one star, I would. I’ve been waiting over a month for Hilda to return an email or even a call and I have gotten nothing. Over a month ago I received an email from her saying that she would email me shortly with a quote, I have received NOTHING. I’ve called and sent multiple emails and she has ghosted me. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
Professional, friendly and prompt service..have been a client for years😊
Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any service in my life. Lack of professionalism from entire staff. They don’t know how to to file taxes on small businesses. Now we have problems with the IRS and they don’t respond to our calls or emails.
