Nice staff, no pressure shopping experience.
This furniture store is no longer located within the Arnot Mall. It is now located across the street from the mall at 3345 Chambers Road. It's still very well stocked and staffed by friendly, knowledgeable, helpful people. Regardless of where you eventually buy, it makes sense to give H.L. Stephens a try.
Terrible order two recliners told we would get them in six to eight weeks. No problem with that. It took almost six months. Then when they finally arrived they scheduled to delivered them. No show , no phone call telling us why it didn't come. Then they don't deliver on the weekends so we had to wait until Monday instead of getting on the Friday when it was scheduled . Never again will I deal with them
I bought a southern motion recliner a year ago and I love it so much!! Very nice people and very nice furniture!!
Just bought my recliner and sectional from them and I love it! I couldn’t be happier! I worked with several people and the process was smooth and b very easy! Our daughter loves the new set!
