I closed on a house seven years ago. Just received an email with a link. I did not open it. It contained a virus. If he can't keep his email safe, is he able to keep your information safe?
Called to get a copy of the paperwork for the sale of a house that i never received. Mr Ruth called me back was very confrontational, would not listen, and started yelling at me and cursing. Very unprofessional, even during the signing, but especially during the phone conversational.
Worked with Trip on a recent home closing. He does not respond to voicemails or emails. His firm Made a mistake in the disbursement of funds causing bank fees for the sellers and has yet to acknowledge and reimburse fees. I’ve sent him 2 emails regarding this with no response. These are not the only emails/VM’s he has not responded to. It’s unfortunate , but I could not recommend him for any attorney services.
