In my personal experience with HKM Lawyers, I felt let down. My main interactions were with a partner and I often felt her tone was dismissive rather than collaborative. For example, when I tried to give input, I was told things like “we are skilled negotiators, we don’t need you to tell us how to frame it.” That did not feel like teamwork to me. Do NOT contact this company with any EEO/RA issues. Contacted them on 5/6/25 regarding an ongoing EEO issue at work, provided detailed dated information & was told an attorney would review the data and respond to me by the latest 5/9 & if I don't hear back to call them. We'll i didnt hear back so I emailed them and called - twice. Just called today 5/15/25 & was told 'sorry no attorney here can help you that's why nobody called you.' What??!
