Extremely professional and knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with every step of the way. I was extremely impressed with how detail oriented each lawyer was with their area of expertise. Realistic and direct to handle expectations of outcome. The client has a clear understanding of perimeters of their case to make a comfortable decision. If you wish to feel as if you are HKM's only client, you will not be disappointed.
I hired them to take care of my case. They were great and communicated every step of the way. I would definitely hire them again if I needed too.
Can’t even locate their office. Was hung up multiple times by different staff members. Very poor customer service unfortunately and discretionary staff members for people with disabilities. Never got to meet with a lawyer or even get a call back from them. This is very disappointing because I had a potential class action lawsuit against my employer.
