Took the time to do an intake on what seems to be a pretty cut and dry termination on FMLA case and got boilerplate rejection that I don't quite get. The company ruined my career and I got my EEOC letter and due to how attorneys often don't reply I filed the case myself and got an answer and not a motion to dismiss. Why bother?
Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from HKM Employment Attorneys. It has been weeks since anyone has responded to my emails or returned my phone calls. Ironically, they send me civil papers telling me to "call or email if you have questions," yet no one answers when I do. update : 7/09/26 still no reply or help with the current civil suit. At this point im just going to go somewhere else due to lack of communication
