I would give 0 stars if I could. I felt dismissed. I felt unimportant. I felt my issue was beneath them and all I was worth was a cookie cutter script robo email. I feel like my issue wouldn't net them enough to take my case. It's ok, blessing in disguise! I want to do business with principle believers rather than profit seekers.
HKM wasn’t able to help me directly, but they took the time to quickly respond and to refer me to someone who could. They were timely in their communication and their staff during the initial consultation were empathetic to my situation. I can tell by how they took the time to do the little things, that they deliver on the things that matter.
