I've tried to contact HKM regarding a few different claims, but unfortunately, never received so much as a call back, despite reaching out to their update department multiple times. Each request was met with a response that they were still "processing" my inquiry, despite waiting over a week for a response (they claim 3 days, on average). You and your case deserve better.
