I would give this spa ZERO stars if this review allowed it. My partner and I both had separate 6pm massage appointments. My partner was assigned room 4 and I was assigned room 2. After waiting 46 minutes on the massage table, the therapist never appeared. I got dressed and went to the front desk where someone was on his phone and I asked him what happened? His response “was sorry I didn’t know…” Unbelievable! I have never had such an experience.

** update : The owner’s solution was to come back to the spa, spend more money, and hopefully this time it’ll be better. Because instead of doing something to actually keep a customer who had a terrible experience, and offering a session to make it up.. no. The fix? “Come back, pay again, and this time you will like it .” A masterclass in customer service. I was excited for a massage today — the Asian gentleman at the front desk was very friendly (W52 location). Next to him was someone (won’t name him, I am not here to create drama to the staff but just share my experience) who looked like he didn’t want to be there at all — no smile, no warmth. Unfortunately, he ended up being my therapist. The massage was just okay, also no friendliness, no effort to make the experience welcoming when I first got in the room.
