There was some confusion regarding the online gift voucher. The company had constant communication after the situation and resolved the issue in a timely manner. As a result they are reviewing their online gift voucher to ensure the issues are resolved for customers moving forward.
I was given an electronic gift card from my sister. When I presented the gift card email, they couldn't accept it without the receipt. They laughed and said 'sorry'. Who gives a person a receipt with a gift, when there is a gift card attached! I showed the person the email Gift card.....so your response is ridiculous.
Had a foot massage. He knows his trade. Going back!
Just left there it was the worst massage I have ever had rough and I don’t think he had any idea what he was doing I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
