Do not do business with this unethical company. Ron Lindeman offered to list taking 2% commission with standard 3% doing to selling agent. He didn't input it that way so selling agents saw they were only going to receive 2.5% commission resulting in my home not being shown by outside agents. I had a minimum of 3 weekly conversations with him trying to figure out why my home wasn't being shown and he knew (as a seasoned agent) what the problem was all along. Just like the poor reviews below me. HK Lane Real Estate is the worst real estate agency to work with. Karen Dorn, one of their associates made numerous mistakes like: -Countering an offer without the buyers consent -Forcing you to accept terms without explaining the pros and cons of the contract -Not getting all necessary materials before inspection like the remote control for the gate -Favoring the agents seller over you (we're the buyer) that things are simply standard with statements like "that's just the way it is" -All... read more
