Very good app and easy to register. Looking for cars locally and Booking is pretty easy and the help in every steps. Prices are much cheaper then main car hire also and good customer service when you need. Overall a very good experience.

Nice idea but ultimately they fail to deliver. Too many issues to list here but I used Hiyacar 20+ times and every time I gave them another go something eventually went wrong. For example, a diesel van ran out of AdBlue and broke down. Someone I hired from didn't turn up to meet me when I returned the vehicle. In another instance I couldn't start or stop the engine or lock the doors due to bluetooth connection issues. Will be using this Hiya car again. App easy to use and customer service prompt and friendly. Perfect for the occasional times you want or need to use a car- but without the hassle and cost of outright ownership

This was my first rental with Hiyacar and I was very satisfied with the experience. The process was super easy. The car was available for pick up on time and in great condition. What I loved about it was that you could choose the mileage allowance during your search and were not limited to 60 miles as some of the main competitors in this segment are offering. On my way back I ran into some traffic and had to extend my hire time which again was done through the app in few easy steps. The prices they offer is much better too. ... read more
