Great customer service! All of the employees were very attentive and helpful. Their suits are great quality for an affordable price. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a suit or tux rental.
Terrible! We went in to purchase a suit for myself to wear at my aunt's funeral. We were told we would be able to pick it up at 12:30 the following day. When I went in to pick it up, it had been just sent to get alterations, and would be an hour before it would be done. So, I went back in around 1:15 to check on it and they told me it could be there in thirty five-forty minutes. Are you kidding me? An hour turned into two hours? I got a tuxedo there for prom and it was very good. I was in and out; measured and picked out everything in 15 mins. The tux looked great on and the price was very good. I highly recommend this store.
Good store. Very fair prices and they treat you right. I got a tux there and it looked real good and the price wasn't bad either. It's definitely not your normal suit store.
Hixon's has always been a great store, and for years my family has been trading with this establishment. They always have fantastic deals, and even better quality services. It's the only place my family has been able to find a good suit,tie, and hanky for less than $150. We've seriously walked in, picked out a suit, had it altered, and left within 30 minutes. My brother lives in Murphy, NC and he drives all the way over here to go to this amazing suit store. He has to get one of those short suits, and hardly any place even carries them much less has his correct size! My entire family have shopped there for 30 years, and have always been satisfied. This is a store with some great quality suits for cheap! You guys are great! Keep up the good work, my boys will be addicted before you know it!
