Had a great experience with package order. Decided to order two nucs. Nucs were delayed and eventually cancelled by Hiveworld which was inconvenient but appeared to be out of their control. In our group WhatsApp text, Hiveworld promised reimbursements. Well over a month went by with nothing returned and no contact. Reached out multiple times and was eventually promised a date of July 31st for reimbursement. 18 days later have still not received my money back and now won’t answer. Great communication on the bee packages delivery. We really appreciated the WhatsApp use and the live location link of the truck when there was a delay. The folks at Hiveworld are always friendly and I’ve found the customer service to be great.
So accommodating when we ordered bees. What a terrific guy, Barry stopped along the highway on his way to Edmonton just for little me and one tube of bees. Saved me a trip. What awesome service!!
Normally I don’t go out of my way to leave a review on the internet. But my experience with this business really bothered me and I hope in sharing it, it may save someone a headache. I initially took the beginner bee keeping course, which I thought was expensive but I wanted the $125 credit toward love bees so I thought that seemed like a good deal.
