Not very happy with Hive & Home!!! I recently purchased a six wick candle and only five light causing the candle to burn unevenly.I have sent pictures of this and I have sent three emails asking how they can remedy this and no one gets back to. Horrible customer service!!!! I would give them zero stars if I could.
Hive and home decor I received a candle as a gift and when I open the box the candle had mold on the brown bowl under the plastic wrapping. My gift giver and I decided best to throw it away immediately. Needless to say we will never shop here again.
Went to hive and home today and I just love this store. Most candles make my eyes water, but don't. They don't use any harmful chemicals. Also the owner was very personable and sweet to work with.
The candles leak wax all over!!!! Horrible customer service. Buyer beware!!
1st order was the brown dough bowl kit. They shipped the wrong color then they shipped a replacement bowl out for the right color. FedEx marked that as delivered which wasn’t at my door. Next I order the black & white dough bowl kits. The moment I opened the box I immediately contacted the company to let them know the white bowl was shallow on the inside.The lady asked me to send pictures & pictures with the wick inside which I did. She said that she would follow up because the store was closed & she was headed to a meeting.... read more
