Your recent changes with your point system is ridiculous and I will shop else. You are only allowed to use 5% of your points on your order. No matter how many points ts you have. On a 60 order you would only be able to use $3 of your points. Not cool Hive
Make sure you’re aware all your “reward” points are absolutely pointless due to this greedy company only allowing you to use 5% of your points at a time. Disgustingly greedy from their corporate end.

Tried doing an online order a couple times. All of them were in the "verifying" prosses. The first one I had it set for to get at about 11am. Then I see that they are opening late at 1130. So I been waiting for hours seeing if it was going to get filled with back orders happening. NOTHING! DONT GO HERE. My first visit was excellent, the staff were very nice. However, my 2nd visit I did drive through. They didn’t give me my $20 change or the 2nd visit discount. When I called to inquire, they were very rude and said I needed to drive back and get my change and correct discounts. No apologies for the inconvenience or human empathy in general.
