This RTT has been amazing. After nearly five years and having covered thousands of miles the tent still looks new every time it’s opened. I have stored the tent outside s in the scorching desert heat and the military grade canvas is strong as ever. It’s warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The tent and annex have far surpassed my expectations, it has stood up to four Labrador retrievers countless abrasions off-road. Aside from making an awesome product, the guys at HITents are incredible. I emailed them needing some extra mounting hardware and they promptly emailed back. I got pulled away on a work assignment, and received a personal phone call from HITents to make sure I was getting my problem resolved. These guys are sincere about making a great tent, and looking after their customers. Can’t recommend them enough. It’s a great company to do business with, especially when making an investment on something like a RTT

This is by far the BEST RTT on the market! I did A LOT of research and after exhausting many web searches, calls, material samples, etc…I went with HIT. You receive a quality product…I mean that. You can tell from the product to the packaging that it is not a push out the door product. Customer service can’t be beat…Graham…the owner is a hands on guy that had several conversations with me on the phone to clear up some questions I had. I love my Hit Tent and Awning. Grarahm was very helpfully when I had some questions the first time I set it up. It is a good tent at a good price and responsive customer service.

I have used the tent only a total of four nights. One of the nights we experienced MAJOR winds - like rocking a 5,200lb truck back and forth. The tent, with the dome-shaped top was perfectly stable. Very impressed. Also - great customer service from the owner.
