I’d really appreciate it if this business was opened during business hours.
I came here with a water damaged laptop (or tried to, as they were not open during their posted operating hours) and was initially quoted 5-7 days to fix it. 7 days came and went with zero communication. The only time I received any communication from this business would be after I called once they missed yet another deadline that they had quoted me. They had my laptop for over a month, and not only could not repair it (which would not have bothered me if the service had been better), but took over 2 weeks to back up my file... read more
