We purchased furniture, sofas and ottomans on November 9, 2023after seeing on the floor. Was Ashley Signature. Was ordered and price was great. Came in within 2 weeks and was delivered. Delivery went well, and noticed shortly after very poorly done nailhead and fabric was crooked, uneven with gaps, called within a day or so. Hitchners sent out same guys that delivered.
