Old store dingy overpriced. You can only buy stuff on sale
When I first walked in I thought they were going out of business. The entire front of the store is bare, many shelves don't have anything on them and a lot of the coolers are empty. The entire meat department display had nothing in it. Perhaps 9:30 in the morning was too early?
Old coolers that are consistently broken down. Poorly stocked and poorly staffed. It smells like they are mopping the floors with raw sewage. On a few occasions I have bought food that was spoiled and/or beyond the expiration date.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Just bought dinner tonight and Was cooking noodles. The everyday essentials brand and I noticed something floating on the top of the water. It was maggots!! Yes! You heard that right. Maggots! I will never buy anything else from there again. I absolutely disgusted 🤮 This is the first time this has happened. I’ve gotten spoiled products from here before. I should have learned the first time. You’re forewarned.
Prices are just too darn high $5 now for a gallon of tea. They're selling steaks in there for $18 a pound run down nasty store freezer section always has water on the floor so be careful, Hitchcock's has been trying to sell the company to somebody else for a while
