I just bought a new pair of progressive glasses from Hitchcock and Munson, and I now know why they get 5 star reviews. The service was exceptional. These folks really know their products well, and do an excellent job explaining how and why lenses work the way they do. Great customer service! The nose piece on my glasses broke from lots of wear, and they replaced it and did not charge me! Knowledgeable staff nailed my difficult prescription after Pearl Vision totally botched it. Highly recommend!
