Very bad experience and bad arrangement. Hope to put 0 star but couldn't. I booked the car about 6 months in advance and was offered a sedan car. I did write to check and confirmed that a sedan car will be given as I have 4 people with 2 big luggages. However, during pick up time, a hatch back car was given, which unable to fit these 2 luggages in the boot. And this was early in the morning around 5.30am. Hitch Christchurch have once again delivered amazing service! Had a great car that did over 2000kms round the South Island - very grateful for a smooth experience. Definitely recommend - they are the only ones we ever hire from.
Charged us extra $118 from our credit card without providing reasons, customer service was horrible! Promised bus pick up from the airport but did not happen. Horrible experience. Don't ever use them!
