Caitlin is an amazing lawyer and I would recommend her to everyone.
They have very poor communication and delay to resolve the matter. They missed to do GST withhold for my sold property as buyer's representative, but refused to notify their insurer. It happened last July, and was found last November. However, it's still not resolved yet. They often reply email after weeks to my conveyancer and refused to communicate with me directly even my conveyancer authorised me to talk to them. Hitch did settlement for one of my property in WA, but failed to check the GST withhold part. I was the owner and they served for the buyers. They completed the settlement without the full contract price paid. ATO had sent Hitch legal services notice about this in Dec 2025. However, they just don't response.
