I ordered a mantle on etsy from this company. The mantle arrived damaged. There was NO protective wrapping only a small layer of shrink-wrap. Of course it arrived damaged. I sent a message and pics asking them to reship this asap because the contractor starts next week. I asked them to wrap the new one in bubble wrap. I got a rude, very rude message saying they wouldn't reship because I criticized their product. I replied and said I never mentioned the product just the poor packaging that resulted in damage. We purchased reclaimed milled cedar from Historic Woods by Lunar Canyon, the install is complete, we could not be happier. It is so gorgeous. The customer service was great, very fast delivery time. We installed in a master bedroom on a wall that is 15 ft long, it is better than I had even imagined.

I ordered 310 sq’ of barn wood payed deposit and a mouth went by and i went by to pick it up on the scheduled date and it was not there no call from them to let me know they now told me another mouth to get it in I called them last Friday to pick it no one called back Called and left a massage stating I’m going to pick it up on Monday mourning i go by and have to what a half hr to get loaded costumer serves is bad even the owner stated we don’t check are phone
